Welcome to The Wellness Space. We’re so glad you’re here. Below are some of the most common questions to help you feel comfortable and supported as you begin your journey with us.

You’ll find us nestled in the heart of Waterside, Sarasota. Our address is 1561 Lakefront Drive, Unit 208. You can park in the large lot behind building WP3, or enter through the front double doors next to Paint Nail Bar. Head upstairs (stairs or elevator welcome!), take a right, and follow the hallway to the end. You’ll find us in Unit 208.

Whether you're joining us for a single class, a workshop, or a season of wellness, there are many ways to connect. Explore our memberships, attend drop-in classes, book 1:1 sessions, or come by for community events like Coffee Mornings. Wherever you are on your path, we invite you to find what resonates.

When you step into The Wellness Space, you’ll be greeted by a calm, welcoming environment. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in — take a breath, sip some tea, and allow yourself a moment to simply be. Our studio is a place for deep rest, movement, and meaningful connection.

Bring yourself, as you are. If you’re coming for yoga, meditation, or breathwork, we have mats and props available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. For our Mindful Moments, Stress Reset, coaching, or private sessions, you may want a journal and pen to capture insights.
We recommend bringing water, an open heart, and anything that helps you feel grounded and at ease.

Please refrain from bringing strong scents, large bags, or anything that might distract from the collective experience. We invite you to silence your phone and tuck away devices to allow for deeper presence.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move and breathe with ease — think soft, non-restrictive clothing. Layers are encouraged, especially for meditation and breathwork practices, where the body temperature can shift.

We understand that life is full and sometimes plans change. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule classes, private sessions, and workshops. This allows us to honor the time and energy of our teachers and fellow participants.

At The Wellness Space, we offer a blend of experiences designed to support whole-person wellbeing, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic coaching.

Our space is intentionally designed for stillness, reflection, and renewal. We encourage you to come as you are, listen to your body, and honor your own pace.
If it's your first time visiting, consider arriving a little early to settle in and get familiar with the space.

Loving Acceptance – We honor and embrace each other's differences, recognizing that diversity in experience, perspective, and expression enriches our community.
Respect for Serenity – Our space is a sanctuary for restoration. We uphold an environment of tranquility by speaking softly, moving mindfully, and respecting the energetic stillness of the studio.
Nourishing Support – We meet one another with kindness, patience, and encouragement, acknowledging that everyone's wellness journey is unique and unfolds in its own time.
Balanced Communication – We welcome thoughtful questions and meaningful discussions while being mindful of the group setting. Personal sharing is best suited for one-on-one conversations rather than group spaces.
Honoring Personal Space – We respect each person’s physical and energetic space. Whether in movement, meditation, or conversation, we remain mindful of personal boundaries and always seek consent before offering touch, adjustments, or guidance.
Respecting Emotional Expression – Healing and self-discovery can bring big emotions to the surface. We hold compassionate space for one another, allowing feelings to arise without judgment, fixing, or interruption. A quiet presence can be a very supportive response. Also, we need to be respectful of how emotional expression impacts others so if we notice others being dysregulated by one person's emotional expression we may invite one party to another space so everyone feels safe and valued in their emotions. So make sure to honor anyone expressing emotion as well as those receiving/witnessing the emotional expression. (See #4 in our Guiding Principals for Practitioners) !
Consent & Boundaries – We recognize that everyone has different comfort levels with connection. We respect personal choices regarding touch, conversation, and engagement, always honoring the need for space or solitude.
Integrity & Presence – We show up fully for ourselves and each other, keeping distractions to a minimum (silencing devices, arriving on time, and being present in our practice).
Curiosity Over Judgment – We approach learning, growth, and differences with curiosity rather than critique, knowing that each of us is on our own evolving path.
Sustainability & Care – We care for our shared space by keeping it clean, treating studio materials with respect, and practicing gratitude for the environment we co-create.
Reciprocity in Energy – Just as we receive from this space, we also contribute—whether through a kind word, a mindful presence, or simply honoring the sacredness of this community.
